    doctoRs nova scotia is
    pleased to welcome you to the Kids’
    Run Club program.
    Believe it or not, more than 15,500
    kids from across Nova Scotia participated in this program last year. We’re
    very excited to have you join us and
    hope you have a lot of fun being a part
    of this program.
    The goal of the Kids’ Run Club is to
    give you a chance to be active and to
    learn about healthy lifestyles. It doesn’t
    matter if you’ve run before or can’t run
    very far. By learning about proper pacing and how to push yourself, you’re
    guaranteed to have success.
    Running can be a lot of fun and will
    help you get and stay healthy. Even
    kids with physical challenges and
    conditions like asthma can participate.
    If you have a medical condition that
    may affect your ability to run, please
    ask your parent to tell your teacher/
    coach about it, especially if you’ll need
    medication when running.
