从04年到现在跑马拉松也有7年多了,想想自传一下。其实每个马拉松后,自己都有一个习惯,评价得失,在下一个训练和比赛提高参考。马拉松训练和比赛因素众多,一般自己喜欢简化,为下一步提高希望总结出两个主要问题。
