    Conditioning for Distance Running Reviews:

The book itself is supposed to be an authority as it is from the "sports medicine series".
In general though I found it to be basic at best.
All the stuff in it was already covered to death over the years
and there was very little insight.

The science, biology and chemistry was 10th grade at best, so nothing new for me.

In general a big disappointment of no use to me as a long distance runner.
    I'd look elsewhere.
